[Mimedefang] More on awl.lock errors

I have just watched them go through yet again.

The lines come up in a specific order.

It seems the line regarding the Slave, with the gt (>) line 69 is shown 
first, then the concatenation (.) part line 80, and finally the awl.lock 
line. It then goes away for a while until another Slave complains.
