[Mimedefang] ClamAV setup

I just installed the latest (0.75.1) version on clamav.

The binary is /usr/local/bin/clamscan

I have 3 questions:


1 - How do I have mimedefang-filter to use the binary to scan the incoming 
mail?

2 - How do I get clamav dat file updates?


3 - Will clamav scan within zip files?
