[Mimedefang] upgrade of 2.63 to 3.0 breaks razor2

Is it actually 2.60?  I'm fairly certain Razor went straight from 2.4x 
to 2.61.  (In any case, I'm having no problems with Razor 2.61, 
SpamAssassin 3.0, and MIMEDefang 2.44)
