We don't use SA's SQL code.  We have our own (much more elaborate)
infrastructure for that kind of thing.

We use SA purely as a spam-detector.  Per-user settings, Bayesian analysis,
greylisting, etc. are handled external to SA.  (SA's Bayes code only looks
at words; we find you can get more accuracy by looking at word pairs
also.)
