[Mimedefang] Bypassing Mimedefang when receiving mail via ISP

Alexander,
Thank you for your help - I passed fetchmail straight on to lmtp via
'smtphost /var/lib/imap/socket/lmtp' in my .fetchmailrc file - I read this
somewhere - but it is of no use; it then bypasses sendmail and thus also
mimedefang

If you let fetchmail let pass the fetched mails to Sendmail those mails will
be routed through MimeDefang as milter application.
