Do people have pop clients set to "keep mail on server"?  If so check some
of the sizes of inbox files...  When the inbox gets to be 50-100mb and
qpopper has to scan the entire file each time someone checks mail, things
go south pretty quickly.  Inbox needs to be for NEW mail only.
