[Mimedefang] Filter timeouts

We were previously experiencing the bayes filtering issues after
upgrading to the latest SA, Mime defang and Sendmail. I followed the
advice that people gave me from this list and we have remedied that
situation. Thank you kindly. We are now experiencing timeout issues with
the mimedefang filter and increasing the timeouts did not help. Any idea
where to go from here? We don't process a huge amount of mail, some with
large attachments but we have never experienced this before. Should we
just stop scanning (SA and or McAfee) on all outbound e-mail? We have
never experienced this before and have upgraded many times before
without a hitch.
