Are you 100% sure you installed MD and SA with exactly the same config
- so that they're looking for the config files in the same place as
before?  Nothing was over-written in the process?

Any errors in your mail log?

Oh, and it would help if you actually specified SA & MD versions.  I
know you said "latest", but particularly with SA, that doesn't
necessarily say enough - you could mean the latest of the V2 branch,
or the latest of the V3 branch.  Would also be helpful to know what OS
you're playing on.
