You don't want the config path, you want the prefs file... set that
with '-p /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf'.  When MD runs SA it does so
with the sa-mimedefang.cf as the user prefs file (which can override
almost everything else), it still looks in the normal place for the
other .cf's.
