[Mimedefang] How to test spamassassin's configuration

I tie to access.db in mimedefang-filter.  Not hard.

I believe Spam:... FRIEND entries *only* apply to sendmail-native anti-spam things like FEATURE(`enhdnsbl', `...')
I don't spamfriend status is made directly available to milters
You could probably query the access.db directly from mimedefang-filter, though
