Continuing the list because I love Mozilla:

Savvis/Exodus/C&W's java is MS JVM specific

IngramMicro.com lots of issues with the search and the cart

LACC.com (search is wacky).

phpmyadmin is one that I know some versionsgo wiggity with Mozilla but not
in IE.

I run into lots of sites with JavaScript issue for Mozilla.  I can pay more
attention and write them down actively if anyone actually cares.
