[Mimedefang] removing mimedefang

Set in your mimedefang-filter entries like:

# Disable ClamAV
$Features{'Virus:CLAMAV'} = 0;
$Features{'Virus:CLAMD'} = 0;

Do so for the anti-virus scanners you want to exclude. Use
"mimedefang.pl -features" to see the names and your success.
