[Mimedefang] mimedefang logging time zone issue

My apologies if this has been asked before, but I have not been able to
resolve this issue.

Entries created in /var/log/maillog by sendmail reflect my proper time
zone, however log entries by mimedefang do not. How do I get mimedefang
to understand my local timezone.
