[Mimedefang] milter to multiplex via TCP

Hi,

Thanks, i am running the sendmail on one machine, and the milter and 
multiplexor on another, but becuase i have some milters running, i 
wanted to keep the milters on the sendmail machine, and the 
mail-processing daemons on another ,
