Now I realized that it works again, but it wasn't for over an hour (maybe 
connection problems to spamcop). Unfortunately it happend exactly after the 
update to 2.48

Confirmed working config:

OS:  Sparc Solaris 9
Perl: This is perl, v5.8.5 built for sun4-solaris
SA:  Mail-SpamAssassin-3.0.1
MIMEDefang-2.48 (using embedded Perl inerperter)
