Thank you, I will try that as well. We are net well versed in trouble
shooting this because it has always worked flawlessly.

Did you increase the multiplexor busy timeout as well?  MX_BUSY in the
standard startup files.

If you hit MX_BUSY, then the mail will be tempfailed regardless of the
F=T setting, because that's a policy decision made by mimedefang rather
than by sendmail.
