I don't have web pages up for my consulting company yet 
(www.goldmark-systems.com) and I haven't updated my CV in years, but I 
can fill in the gaps for you.

I also manage Email (with Mimedefang) for a medium sized company which 
gets (and filters) about 2500 pieces of spam per day.

Never say that.  Price is always an issue.

Are you using spamassassin?  SpamAssassin with Bayes and "auto learn" 
should get you much closer to 99% than 80%.  If you aren't I could 
certainly help set up SpamAssassin if needed.
