[Mimedefang] Backlist_from entries

Thanks.. Do you need to mention about this bigevil.cf in any of
mimedefang configuration file (otherwise how he knows to use this file)
and what should be the owner and permission for this file..Currently I
have following:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 68891 May 24 11:34 bigevil.cf
