[Mimedefang] Filter help - convert tiff to pdf

I'm slowly pouring over the list archives in hopes of finding example code,
without much luck, so I'm looking for help.
 
I need to be able to convert every tiff attachment to a pdf
 
Your help is greatly appreciated!  
My company's customers (that can't figure out how to view tiff files), and
this system admin who is VERY tired of explaining how to associate a file
type will thank you!
