[Mimedefang] quarantined attachments

Hi In mimedefang it quarantines attachments of certain file extensions
like .exe etc.=20 My question is, it seems like if it finds an email
with a attachment that it quarantines, it no longer scans=20 The e-mail
for spam, is it possible to scan it anyways?
