[Mimedefang] Want to modify "read-receipt" img tags in mail

I would propose in today's sexually hypersensitive workplace that HTML should be 
disallowed in case someone accidentally opened an email with HTML content that 
autoloaded graphical material of a potentially offensive nature.

  Sucks, but true.
