[Mimedefang] Getting DCC_CHECK to work

I'm running MIMEDefang 2.41, and SpamAssassin 2.43. I have the
following in my /etc/mail/spamassassin/ sa-mimedefang.cf file:

  required_hits 1
  ok_locales en
  rewrite_subject 0
  use_terse_report 1
  header SPAMHAUS eval:check_rbl('spamhaus', 'sbl.spamhaus.org.')
  describe SPAMHAUS mm added
  tflags SPAMHAUS net
  score SPAMHAUS 5.0
  skip_rbl_checks 0
  dcc_path /usr/local/bin/dccproc
  dcc_home /var/dcc
  use_dcc 1
  score DCC_CHECK 5
  score RCVD_IN_RBL 5

I'm getting no indication that spamhaus is running (when I check the
email logs, I'm not getting any SPAMHAUS symbolic test name; I do have
symbolic test names placed in the logs using md_graphdefang_log).

More importantly, I'm not getting any DCC_CHECK indicators in our
headers. I thought that was working (and it was painful to get it to
work the first time).

When I do a spamassassin --lint –D it finds dccproc. How do I
troubleshoot this?

This is painful.
