[Mimedefang] clamd.sock File

The socket files have nothing to do with the compilation of the
applications. The sockets are created by the applications on startup. So
MimeDefang creates it's 2 socket files in his spool directory (by
default /var/spool/MIMEDefang) and ClamAV creates socket files for clamd
and clamav-milter in the directory you specified it should do so. If you
do not start the application there will be no socket, therefor no other
application can connect to that application using local/unix socket
file.
