You could even use the spec file inside the MimeDefang tarball. Run

rpmbuild -ta mimedefang-2.39.tar.gz

will create you an RPM package. Or go the
http://dag.wieers.com/packages/ and get the ready compiled RPM directly
from there (Dag made the spec file which is in the MimeDefang tarball).
