My code for MD 2.39 posted here a few weeks back had exactly that so that ZIP
files were not included in the banned list, but ZIP files (or JAR/RAR/TGZ, etc)
inside the ZIP file scanner were blocked. It worked by defining a "bad_zip_ext"
expression which could be different from the main one.
I haven't seen how 2.40/2.41 handles the ZIP file scanning, but I'd hope that
this sort of check would be easy to build in.
