[Mimedefang] text/plain changed to mixed/mulipart by MIMEdefang when boilerplate added

That's the way the code is written, unfortunately.  I'll have a look
at changing it, but this change will require a lot of careful testing -- it's
been part of MIMEDefang for ages.

Is it a big problem to get a multipart/mixed MIME message?
