[Mimedefang] text/plain changed to mixed/mulipart by MIMEdefang when boilerplate added

Could someone explain why the mime type and content type headers are changed when I add a text boilerplate?

I saw this issue came up and was reported on 2 Jun

I've attached what I would like to get in this case (ie a simple text/plain message body)
