[Mimedefang] Whitelisting Outbound E-Mail Addresses

It strikes me that this is just a subtle extension to the code that Jonas posted
some time back (http://whatever.frukt.org/mimedefang-filter.shtml) for
greylisting - when sending outbound mail, check for an entry in the greylist,
and if none is found or a non-permanent entry is found, add one which never
expires.  When receiving, check for any white entry for the domain, and proceed
as per the standard greylist method. 

Two problems - the existing gerylist defaults to user-to-user entries, rather
than domain-to-domain (but is easily changed), and the greylist database will
get very large if you never expire entries.  Perhaps setting a last used
timestamp on all whitelist entries and expiring any not used in the last
quarter/year would be a good workaround.
