[Mimedefang] MD 2.44 make install fails on FreeBSD 4.10

smfi_quarantine is only defined in sendmail 8.13.0. 
Maybe  /usr/lib/libmilter.a is a sendmail 8.12.x libmilter. 
If using FreeBSD ports, the correct libmilter should be in 
/usr/local/lib/libmilter.a I guess.
