You path *might* be /etc/mail/mimedefang/spamassassin/sa-mimedefang.cf.   I 
would just do:
find /etc -name sa-mimedefang.cf

It will add a default of -100 points to an email and show "USER_IN_WHITELIST" 
for $names.    You can change the score later on via sa-mimedefang.cf.
