[Mimedefang] Is it really safe to delete /var/spool/MIMEDefang after a "4514.7.1 Please try again later" ?

Yes.

If you stop Sendmail and MIMEDefang, in fact, it's perfectly safe to:

	rm -rf /var/spool/MIMEDefang/mdefang-*

and then restart the services.
