[Mimedefang] SURBL question

Is there a consensus as to which of the SURBL lists should be used for
blocking?  I have started refusing (not just adding a score to) email that
shows up on sc.surbl.org, but occasionally spam will get through that
would have been caught by one of the other lists.  I am thinking of going
to multi.surbl.org, but does anyone have a feel for whether this might
generate too high a false positive rate?  TIA...
