Yes; use the "gen-ip-validator.pl" script distributed in the tarball.

	perl gen-ip-validator.pl > /etc/mail/mimedefang-ip-key
	chown defang /etc/mail/mimedefang-ip-key
	chmod 600 /etc/mail/mimedefang-ip-key
