>When Mimedefang just straight out quits responding every message that
gets received gets replied with "Mail Server Busy. Please Try Again
Later"

That usually is a 400 tempfail error which makes the sending server
queue it up and retry later (500 errors are permanent and cause the
sending server to not queue).

>I would prefer Sendmail not answer at all so the mail sits in the Other
mail servers queue instead of bouncing back a message without a real
error code.

If you discard it the other server considers it sent...

>Any ideas? Also, I can't find any docs on command line options for
MimeDefang. Is there anyway to limit the max clients? Cause when a
surge of mail comes in (every reboot :P) it spawns about 6 or 7 then
runs out of resources and dies.

Set the maximum mimedefang threads for your multiplexor in your startup
script (i.e. /etc/init.d/mimedefang)
