[Mimedefang] More filter_recipient Qs...

    I'm noticing that mimedefang will do spam check prior to doing a 
recipient check.  Where should I start looking to reverse this order?  
If the recipient doesn't exist, it shouldn't bother to do a spam scan, 
now should it?
