It's more of a SpamAssassin configuration option. But essentially, if
it's working, you should see entries in the razor-agent.log for every
message that comes in. You should be able to cross check the timestamps
in the razor-agent.log with those from Sendmail's log.

If it's working with the standalone SpamAssassin program, that's a good
sign. You also need to insure that $SALocalTestsOnly=0 in your
mimedefang-filter. This allows the SpamAssassin modules to perform
network tests such as calling Razor2 and accessing RBLs.

In recent builds of SA, there's usually a prompt that asks if you want
to use Razor2 when you run "configure". You need to say 'yes' to that
prompt for SA to use it. If you've just added Razor2 to, but haven't
rebuilt SA--you might need to rebuild it.
Today, however, is probably a bad day to try and get Razor2 working, as
it's apparently having problems. As another list member has already
hypothesized, Razor2 might be having difficulties related to the current
MyDoom virus activity.
