[Mimedefang] help upgrading mimedefang 2.33 -> 2.39

  be sure to read the CHANGELOG with each new release.  chances are this is
related to the md_log functions (for graphdefang) in your filter.

any references to md_log need to be changed to md_graphdefang_log.

however, you should check the changelogs to make sure that's not the only
issue.  also, "mimedefang.pl -test" is your friend.
