Fun with rr.com (was RE: [Mimedefang] arix.com blacklist problems)

We had something similar happen,
sc.rr.com was blocking the netblock that our mail exchanges were in.
Off stuff falls within a Time Warner Telecom netblock so Time Warner
Road Runner was blocking Time Warner Telecom, guess those two don't get
along :<)..
