[Mimedefang] Difficulty to remove the recipients.

We ran into a major issue with that feature just a few weeks ago.  Just in
case it works for you, see this thread if you are using MAIL_HUB or
MASQUERADE_AS.

It's a sendmail configuration issue but perhaps the FAQ should probably be
updated to reference this.
