What would be a good guideline for the number of slaves relative to the 
simultaneous sendmail connections? Do you have a guide for taking a system 
with 2GB of RAM and allocating slaves, sendmail, etc.

I've got a copy of “Sendmail Performance Tuning” on order, but how do I 
tune it with MD included in the mix.
