[Mimedefang] Boilerplate not working?

All of a sudden with no change to my mail server config, the entire
outgoing message is being replaced with only the boilerplate. It's not
being appended, just replacing the original message altogether.

Anything I can look at for a problem? The maillog doesn't seem to
indicate anything.
