[Mimedefang] upgrade 2.39 - no notification

dear all 

first, thanks to david and all others around for 
the great product mimedefang. 

i am using md since about 2 years starting with version 0.7
this days i did an installation of version 2.39 last 
i used was 2.7 

the new version works great - as i never had problems 
with any version - exept i don't get a notification, if
an attachement is quarantined to defang-admin. 

i am not a perl-guru, therefore i ask for your help.
looking in /etc/mail/mimedefang-filter at regex for $bad_exts
for .exe .com and co, i see call filter_bad_filename() 
has return action_quarantine. 

in /usr/local/bin/mimedefang.pl the description of 
action_quarantine says "but e-mails the MIMEDefang
administrator a notification" - but not im my case. 

in /etc/mail/mimedefang-filter i have 
$AdminAddress = 'defang-admin at ages.at'; 

and if i do the following from shell:
cal | mail defang-admin at ages.at 
i get the expected result in my mail-box. 

any ideas what i can do, to get the notifications ? 
or maybe turning on debugging to give you more 
detailed information.

an other usefull modification would be, to give the 
recipient the information of the name of the 
quarantine-directory - the recipient-notification 
is most forwarded to us defang-admins for transmitting
of quarantined attachements. 
maybe some of you can point me to the necessary 
modifications.
