For troubleshooting purposes, we found it necessary to include the IP 
address
of the source in the output, like so:

action_bounce("spamdefang score exceeds maximum - message from 
$RelayAddr rejected");

Makes it a lot easier to diagnose when our tech support takes a call
and all the caller knows is the error message.
