[Mimedefang] Not sure if MD is using clamd

Been going through something similar.  You can verify that mimedefang 
sees clamav by using "mimedefang.pl -features".  It should appear.  
Then you can verify if virii are being caught by using the tester 
at  http://www.testvirus.org. 

There are other things too, but this should get you started.
