[Mimedefang] spamassassin failure

I got burned by this too. I re-cvsupped this morning, portupgraded
spamassassin again and it works fine now.

perl chocked on some line of SpamAssassin.pm, so it failed to load
and Features{"SpamAssassin"} was set to 0.
