[Mimedefang] spamassassin failure

Yeah, it seems I introduced an incompatibility for perl 5.005 before
releasing 2.62.  :(

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2938 is tracking it, but
the simple fix is to just comment out line 100 (it adds a devel tag to the
SA version if you're running a devel version).
