[Mimedefang]

Dear All,
 
I am running a server with sendmail 8.12.8 + mimedefang 2.39 + clamscan 0.65
+ spamassassin 2.6. I have noticed that id I am using MS Outlook to send the
mail with the undeline, bold, italic contents, the recipient may not be able
to see those formatting. If I stopped mimedefang (unforunately must aslo
stop clamscan), the recipient is able to see the formatting on my next
e-mail.
Where should I check the problem? and how?
