[Mimedefang] Admin messages

I am running the following

Mimedefang 2.39
Clamav 0.67
Sendmail 8.12.10
Solaris 8
Spamassassin 2.63

I do not receive the mail alerts when a message is quarantined I have
send_quarantine_notifications in filter_end, anything else I can check??
