Do you have a pointer to the Fedora guidelines?
I just posted a patch to the list with changes to both spec file and
sources to use file group permissions in a more "Red Hat way".
Note that clamav can be used without linking against it, by adding the
appropriate Feature line to the custom filter. Eliminating the dependency
is probably a good thing.
