[Mimedefang] X-Spam-Score missing from headers

Thanks for the reply.  Actually, I think I know what happened.  When I
added the additional custom rulesets and the additional 'pyzor check' -
Spamassassin got so good at detecting spam that it rarely ever makes it to
the last check in my procmailrc.  It finally dawned on me when one or two
messages finally came in with X-Spam-Score: included.  I was expecting
*every* message to have it included.  or should it?  Hmm.
